With 07/19/07 update of online services, Select Bank or Brokerage is not
showing as online, therefore not listing any banks. I've been using MS Money
2005 for well over a year now. Error message: To set up your accounts, you
must be online. Please close Money, and then sign in to your file. When you
sign in, make sure the Work offline box is cleared. I am definitely online
via cable connection & box is not checked. I can't do ANYTHING now. Tried
following instructions, but still ran into same problem above. What to do??

Select Bank or Brokerage does work now. HOWEVER, once I select the bank or
brokerage, it goes no further. I get an error msg: "Account setup temporarily
unavailable." It's apparently been unavailabe for days!! I haven't been able
to update since Wed or Thu. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The info provided earlier is all that appears available about the change and applicable to the online version of Money and the retail version.

If the retail version Money 2005 support ends in Jan 2008
http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?LN=en-us&p1=2351&x=5&y=6

If the online version it suggests reviewing your contract and/or upgrading to 2007.

If the retail version:

Good Luck!
