I am using Microsoft Money 2006. I do NOT use the Money online service (via
Yodlee) for my account.

For the past 3 years I have had an account set up for my Capital One credit
card. On a monthly basis I log on to Capital One's website, and manually
download my statement into Money. I noticed about 4 weeks ago that Capital
One did an upgrade of their website. Since that time, the manual download no
longer works properly. Here is the scenario:

I log on to Capital One, click on the download into Money. The file
downloads and then opens in Money (just as it always has). It shows 37 new
transactions, but when I click on the link to the new transactions, it is
blank. None of the new transactions appear in the register.

I have done a file repair and that did not help. As a test, I created a new
Money file and a new Capital One account. The same thing happens (download
appears to work ok, Money says there are 37 new transactions, but the account
register is blank). I'm not having this problem with any of my other account
that I download manually (other banks and credit cards).

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm guessing it's a bug on the
Capital One side, since this has only occurred since their website upgrade.

I just started with them, and can not get a download to work with
quicken or quickbooks.
