Frank V replied to my question and I send thanks.

When I go to address supplied I can see the chart, but it seems to assume I
am "new" at setting up a portfolio. My portfolio, which under normal
circunstances, should appear does not. If I click on to either portfolio
items that appear I get back to the same view I had before which does not
include the box to make various choices.

I solved the situation . To the left of enlarge/reduce size there is a box
with two arrows. These hide/show left hand column. I had never noticed or
used this. Seems that it has always been set as show left hand column. Not
sure how it got changed to hide. Now the default seems to be hide and I need
to click on arrow each time.

Thanmks for your help.
