I have MSN Money 2004. I am trying to upgrade or Buy 2007. However i do not
have access to the rebate. (Form do not display) . Is this for USresidents
since i am Canadian

MSN Money is free, and does not have year-type version numbers. I
think you are referring to Microsoft Money 2007.

The newest Microsoft Money sold for Canada is Money 2006. If you
want Money 2007, it should work fine for you. However you would
probably have to buy it in the US. Strange, I know.

The group for Microsoft Money is microsoft.public.money. If you use
the MS web interface, they call that "Money General".
