I use the portfolio on Moneycentral to track my investment accounts. It is
very good.
However, in one account, each month I sell, maybe, 5 stocks and replace them
with 5 new stocks. Because the buy & sell values will not be identical, my
cash balance may show -$950.
How do I "add" $950 to my account, and more importantly, can I see a history
of these additions (or subtractions some months).
Thanks,
Steve

Right click the account name, and go to AccountSettings. With the
scroll bar, go down to the CurrentBalance, and adjust it.

You cannot, other than maybe keep notes in the Comment box.
An alternative workaround might be to do a pretend Buy or SellShort
of a money market fund, but that has some downsides. |

Thanks for the answer.
This "cash tracking" is one area in which Yahoo! portfolios seem superior.

If you want to fully track cash transactions, you may want to explore the
Microsoft Money product:
