George,

Thanks.....now I don't feel alone. MSN is my ISP and I don't know how to get
ahold of them!!! MS is not a customer friendly operation.

Marian,

I get it fairly continuously too. I first notice it last night about 8pm
EST and it has continued. Sometimes I get it continuously and sometimes I
can get the quotes to update when I refresh the browser page. I am also
having a similar problem with charts for some periodicities. I am on a
high speed cable line and called my ISP (Earthlink). Their support people
have verified the problem. In other words they get the same "Quotes not
available... try later" message. My guess is that the MSN servers are just
(temporarily???) overloaded or maybe they are changing out servers or
something. I know of no way to get in touch with Microsoft to ask them
about this since MSN is not my ISP. Does anyone else have any problem how
to see if this problem can be addressed my Microsoft? I have never see it
go on this long.

I found the following web site link for support for MSN subscribers.

I can get only so far without an account with them without being an MSN
subscriber. I used to use MSN as my ISP and used to talk to their tech
support group via phone quite often. Sometimes they were
helpful...sometimes not, but if you are interested it may be worth a try. I
think you should have a toll free number for phone support too since you use
MSN as your ISP, but I can't seem to find it on the internet right now. It
should be on your install disk if you still have that.

If you do decide to contact MSN and find out what they are doing to solve
the problem, would you please let us know by replying to this same subject

No update from MSN but I tried updating on 2 other computers with the same
results...nada, zip, no quotes!

Remember that there are millions of users out there. It is just no longer
feasible to respond to phone calls when something systemic happens. The
engineers are aware of it pretty quickly and are on it, so answering phone
calls is pretty much a waste of resources, regardless of how it may feel to
those who want an immediate resolution from the counselor on the phone. The
outcome would be the same whether you called or not./
