I'm trying to set up the online connection for Money2002
at one bank, but I have two different id's/passwords. I
tried following the Help advice of simply appending
something to the bank's name but that does not work. I
get a message asking me to check the account and password
information.
Anyone had similar problems and been able to resolve them?
FYI, I tried submitting this question directly to
Microsoft, but I got as far as entering the product
number and could not go any further as only the back key
worked.
Thanks.

Have you contacted your bank? I tried that at first with
the login I used for my online access at my bank. When it
didn't work, I called them and they said I have one login
for the free online service, but if I want to access it
through MS Money I have to pay for the bank's monthly
service, which will give me a new login, which I would
then use with Money. I chose not to, since I can just
download my transactions into money from the free online
access.
