I had MS Money 2002. Within the past week I have
downloaded a preview version of the 2004 version. I am
now being prompted for a password to get into the
program. However, I never set a password requirement.
Therefore, I can't get in.

Does anybody know what to do?

1. When Money 2004 demo converted your *.mny file, it left a *.m10
backup of your Money 2002 file. Money 2002 can open that file or a
copy of that file.

2. microsoft.public.money is the Money group.
