I have four small companies. Can I do the bookeeping for
more than one company with Money 2004 for small business?

I would create separate files. File->New or make copies of one as
different names. You can create shortcuts to each .mny file to
facilitate opening to the company/file of choice.

Also be aware microsoft.public.money is Money group.
