My pc crashed and I had to buy a new MB. Before the
crash everything worked well together. After
reinstalling EVERYTHING I can't get pocket money to see
money 2004. It keeps telling me that it's not installed.

I've uninstalled both, deleted EVERY reference to either
on both devices and reinstalled numerous times. Same
problem.

I have an inkling that it may have something to do with
how windows is operating on my pc. I have a Gigabyte GA-
7NNXP MB and a pair of WD 100G special editions (8M
cache) in a raid 0 array. This is where windows is
installed and it thinks this is drive G. C is a WD 40G
with no OS files on it.

I tried to install Money to the C drive and I
received .dll errors. Installing it to the G resolved
that issue.

I'm pissed and at the end of my rope. I don't want to
reinstall windows for what should be a simple problem.
If nothing else I'll just demand my money back and use
quicken.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue. The knowledge
base doesn't offer any solutions for this problem.

Well I don't think it is your odd hardware. I have a
laptop that has a clean install of Win_ME, MS Money 2004
and when installing Pocket Money, it tells me that Money
isn't installed also. Reinstalled Money, pocket money,
etc, ad infinitum and it just isn't working.

Obviously this is a bug on MS's part...
How do we fix this...

You need Pocket money 2004 to work with Money 2004!

The only way I could find Pocket Money 2004 is to do a
search in Microsoft downloads for money. I couldn't find
it on the pocketpc site. I only found 2002 and 2003 on
that site.
