Hello all and thanks in advance for your assistance.

One of my clients uses MSN Money and checks his portfolio from both his home
and his office periodicaly throughout the day.

Recently and for apparently no reason his porfolio does not show up on his
home computer but comes up just fine on his office computer.

I have never messed with MSN money before so I do not know how the porfolio
is stored. I noticed on his office computer the location is set to a folder
on our company's servers. He tells me that he didnt make any changes to his
settings since it was setup and was able to access his portfolio at home last
week.

Sadly, I am the IT guy for his company and this problem is making me feel
terribly stupid! Smile

Please, if you can think of anything that would help me, do share.
