After viewing my MoneyCentral portfolio using WinXP SP2 and IE7,
I get the following error message after the auto backup function
is completed and IE7 closes:

Title = "iexplore.exe - Application Error"

"The instruction at "0x2e4c9e97" referenced memory at "0x3175cd38".
The memory could not be read".
Click OK to terminate the program"

(My clicking OK closes the error dialog box.)

This ONLY happens when I use IE7 to view my portfolio.
It does not seem to effect my portfolio "backup" function or
values, history, accuracy or stats.

This does not happen when using IE7 for other sites or surfing.
ONLY when viewing portfolio, so I'm posting this in this forum.

Any help is welcome.
Thanks
JIM

Read http://support.microsoft.com/kb/284949. It probably doesn't directly
answer your question but it may give you some leads into what is going run.

Thanks Frank.
None of those helped, however I tried closing my anti-virus
program; PC-Cillin by TrendMico before closing my portfolio and that
solved the problem. I guess MoneyCentral "save & backup" function and
PC-Cillin are in conflict.
Good Luck & thanks again.
