Corrupted file in Microsoft Money 2004

I keep getting a message which does not allow me
to "complete the transaction". The error message is
to "use the Money File Repair Tool". Apparently it is a
corrupted file.

I cannot find that tool in the help section, or on the
tool bar of Money.

Anyone have any suggestions?
