I have not used microsoft money in quite some time and my e-mail address has
changed so how can I set up an new sign in name? My old sign in name is a
very old and no longer valid. I no loner have that e-mail account or aol. I
would also like to change my password.

You may want to just remove the Passport, and perhaps go to a
conventional password-- or not.
Newer versions need the Passport (now called Live ID) for automated
statement download from some financial institutions, but I don't
think that is the case with Money 2004.
I am not sure about the syntax for Money 2004. Check for
File->PasswordManager->Change->DisableMoney'sPassportFeatures
Expect Money to ask for Passport login the next three times. If
you decline three times in a row, it will stop asking.
The group for Microsoft Money is microsoft.public.money.
