I have unable to enter the 27 char code. The second input box will only
accept 4 of 5 required characters.
Any suggestions?

This is a problem if you have Windows set to use "Large Fonts" (has
their font display size set to some larger DPI setting)

Workarounds (either one should resolve it):

o Temporarily change back to Windows' "default" font size

o Copy the entire key (dashes included) and Paste it into one of
the fields (any of them) in the Activation dialog
