Do you have some other security software that could be blocking the
installation/download.

I'd suggest contacting Support if that doesn't help.

Another thought:
Do you have User Access Control turned off?
If so, try turning it back on so that you can then get the prompt and allow
access during the download/install:
Control Panel - User Accounts - User Accounts - Turn User Account Control on
or off
(You can also look up UAC in Vista's Help for the steps)

DEP is similar (look it up in Help to see how to change it) If it was
increased to "all programs and services except.." then change it back to
"essential Windows programs and services only" and try again.
