I am going crazy trying to restore my current money back
up from Money 99 (Windows 98)to Money 2003 on new Windows
XP - home ed. Here's what happens. I got the data up to
12/31/99 but could not get data from 1/00 to present from
a current back up. When I try to restore files it gives
me a message "MS Money has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. Please
tell Microsoft about it". It allows me to send an error
report to Microsoft but I have heard absolutely nothing
from Microsoft about the problem. When I tried to get
help this is the closest I could come and to me it's Ms's
problem but I cannot get help w/o paying for it - now
isn't that the pits? Could this be a Y2K problem?
Should I just give up and export my files to Quicken and
forget Money? I desperantly need help!
